#1The Shawshank Redemption
So I have seen this lots of times and for this list I decided to watch it with the director commentary for the 10 year re-release. Bad idea, nice guy, very appreciative but not good at commentary. Finally I had to turn off the commentary when he talked over a part saying something like oh you have to listen to the suddle score and listen to the actors act as he talks OVER IT! I understand it the point of a commentary but I have watched lots of these and it is the worst. Luckily the blueray my brother got me has 2 more commentary tracks.

Havent received a review to post from mark yet to get the final score so I'll adlib and do my top Ghibli films.
Controversial list I know. Kiki just is easy to understand where spirited away was soooo Japanese and I didn't get it, I new it and the animation was beautiful. Nausicaä and Mononoke, I just like the story better the Totoro. Hal's moving Castle is closer to beeting out Totoro then Totoro is to mononoke.
